1. Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring timely processing and delivery of all orders.

  • Processing Time: Custom wigs require 10-14 business days for production before shipping. Pre-made wigs will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days after processing. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. If you need additional tracking details, please contact us.

  • No International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our wigs and hair extensions. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges but no refunds.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Wigs must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Worn or modified items will not be accepted.

  • Exchange & Store Credit: We will replace your item or issue store credit if your return is approved. No refunds will be given.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel an order:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins immediately.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

4. Custom Wig Policy

Our custom wigs are made-to-order and require detailed craftsmanship. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order.

  • Custom wigs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect selections in lace type, length, density, or texture.

  • Production time for custom wigs is 10-14 business days.

5. Hair Care & Maintenance Disclaimer

To ensure the longevity of your wig, we recommend following proper care guidelines:

  • Some wigs cannot be dyed or colored. Please check individual product descriptions before attempting any alterations.

  • Synthetic or human blend wigs have different care needs than 100% human hair wigs. Follow the care instructions provided.

  • Proper storage and regular washing with the right products will help maintain the quality of your wig.

6. Payment & Billing Policy
